Welcome to our Community Corner! We believe that healing thrives on education, empowerment, and connection. This free, quarterly educational series is designed specifically for our clients and the West Texas community.

Each quarter, we bring in specialized experts to host interactive, informative classes covering essential wellness topics—such as restorative skincare, wig selection and care, mastectomy bra fittings, and overall holistic health. Whether you are navigating recovery, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to learn, there is a place for you here.

While specific classes change each quarter, our curriculum permanently focuses on practical, comforting education to support your healing journey:

  • Restorative Skincare & Makeup: Learn gentle, specialized skincare routines and cosmetic techniques tailored for skin undergoing or recovering from medical treatments.

  • Wigs 101: Expert guidance on choosing the right wig style, caps, proper maintenance, and styling tips to look and feel your best.

  • Mastectomy Garments & Fitting: Compassionate education on prosthetic options, pocketed swimwear, and finding the perfect, comfortable fit for mastectomy bras.

  • Holistic Wellness & Lifestyle: Quarterly sessions dedicated to nutrition, gentle movement, and emotional wellness strategies for life during and after recovery.

• Who can attend? All classes are completely free and open to Inside Out Foundation clients, survivors, caregivers, and any interested community members.

• Do I need to register? Yes. While classes are free, seating is often limited so we can provide a comfortable, interactive environment. Registration links will always be posted right here on this page.

• Where do classes take place? Most sessions are held right here at The Inside Out Foundation boutique in Lubbock, but location details will always be specified for each event.
